What a nice place! People were very friendly, everyone wore masks, it was clean and welcoming! Food at the restaurant was very good, Tomahawk steak was our favorite, perfectly cooked and presented! Flat bread and meatballs as appetizers were also delicious!! Boys enjoyed Old Fashion cocktails, my girlfriend and I really liked MC Queen cocktail.
Also, there is a rooftop bar on the 3rd floor, we had drinks and watched sunset after. Perfect night 👌🏻
The attention was excellent. The pork chops were excellent and will come back for the Tomahawk. Everything delicious including the dessert and I will come back again.
Amazing staff, very knowledgeable. Great portions and quality for price. Layer back casual environment.
This place is amazing. Was lucky enough to take part in the first jazz brunch and I was very happy I chanced upon the article in creative loafing. Easily the best brunch I've ever had. The little plate concept was brilliant and the omlette station was mind blowing. Not only that but everyone was the nicest person I ever met. The venue is super cool and filled with history. And for you drinkers, they have a legit salad bar set up just for your bottomless bloody Mary's. Can't wait to go back. Just a short drive from Tampa and there's always something going on in downtown Dunedin.
I had a chance to dine here multiple times as a hotel guest. Each time the experience was great. Our waitress at brunch was friendly and helpful. They were unsure if the Bloody Mary mix had gluten in it so she made me one from scratch that was excellent. Brunch was simple (eggs, grits, fruit, bacon etc). They were all cooked exactly how I like them. The crab soup was delicious and made to order. Dinner was also great. The roasted chicken dish was amazing! Its not on the menu anymore sadly, but the chef made some changes to it to make it gluten free and even to this day I am still thinking about how great it tasted. From the side dishes to the drinks everything was prepared perfectly. We would definitely stay at the hotel again and dine here again. Dunedin is such a great area for vacationing and this historic hotel alone is worth visiting. Its just a plus that they are working with such an awesome chef. The decor is very open, Florida style, with an open kitchen and bar over looking the kitchen. You also have a view of the pool.
