“Very nice Plaza they call this a mall it is not a mall it is a strip store! I'm all is covered place! Still has a very nice shops in it! Was a little disappointed when they had the mall movie parking blocked for some sort of event! So I had to park away at the end of the parking lot and walk in the rain!”

“After misdiagnosis on my dishwasher TWICE, Sears sent a qualified dishwasher expert to assess the problem. He zeroed in on the exact problem, ordered the parts and set us up for the repair. The only thing that was a bit annoying was how long it took for the parts to arrive. After hand washing dishes for 6 weeks, I was ready to get the machine fixed! Repair day came and Bill arrived on time! Pleasant and knowledgeable, he got the repair done, cleaned up and was on his way in record time! I've always used Sear for appliances and repair, 45+ years in fact! Sears has always (well, most of the time) provided excellent service and quality appliances. Please don't go away Sears!
