Both of my children have gone here for years, and it has been a very positive experience. Glad we found them!
We have been part of the OLC family for 8 years. The teachers are amazing and consistent with low turnover. They genuinely care for your little ones and communicate well. I can’t imagine taking my children anywhere else
My 4 year old daughter has been attending Oakhurst Learning Center for over a year and a half now. On day one, the staff and other children made her feel welcome as if she had been there forever. She fit right in. I can tell how well she is cared for by how happy she is when I drop her off to the smile on her face when I pick her up in the evening. She truly loves the entire staff! Her development socially and academically since attending has been amazing to watch. I'm also comfortable with her well-being while she's there. The school has implemented safety and sanitizing protocols that go above and beyond the COVID health requirements. It eases my mind as a parent in these uncertain times. I encourage any parent that is searching for a learning center to take a tour and see for yourself this dynamic center.
My son has been going to Oakhurst Learning Center since he was 2 years old, so almost 2 years now. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped with potty training, developing and learning new skills, and communication. I would get pictures and update throughout the day through the app. They provide a weekly meal plan along with a structured daily agenda of their activities by the hour. My son first started with only saying a few words and after the first week we noticed a significant change in his vocabulary, singing lots of new songs, and was a lot more interested in how to communicate. He was at an in-home daycare with younger kids who he didn't get much interaction with. I feel extremely safe with my son going to this school as the staff really do care about the kids like they are their own. Within the first day of attending the school all the teachers knew his name and made him feel right at home. I was afraid he wouldn't want to go back but 2 years later he is excited to go everyday to see his friends and teachers. I would strongly recommend Oakhurst Learning Center for any child especially the ones who are uncertain about putting their kids into a center after being home with them and having to go back to work. This is the place to go. You will not be disappointed with the care.
