West Bay Oaks Mobile Home & RV Park

I have been a resident here for the past five months. I am so glad I found this place! The rates are very reasonable. The people are really friendly. The park is always quiet and has lots of shade. It's also pet friendly. The location is good too. Donna has been super to deal with also.

Donna is the best manager we have had in 11 years I have lived here. She is helpful and kind. Always responds to everything I need help with. She is a great asset to your organization. Thank you Donna.

My wife and I had a lovely experience with the new Manager Donna and the maintenance man Raul! We had our bedroom floor get ruined from water and they fixed the problem beautifully with no cost to us and in a quick manner. Love it here. Thank you for all the hard work!

Daylin, the office manager was a breath of fresh air. He promptly returns calls, is very informative, and is super accommodating/sensitive to a person's needs. We are super happy that we stumbled onto this charming, quiet, quaint mobile home and RV park. It has the "old southern" Florida vibe and is affordable yet just on the outskirts of beach life paradise.
