“Be aware that if Bob's does your bathroom, they will uninstall your toilet and then won't reinstall it. You would think after paying $5000 dollars they would at least put back the toilet they unhooked. Having said that, they did an excellent job on the floor. They took the extra time to level the floor, got all the different angles correct, were on time, and courteous. The quarter round and thresholds are perfect. Am extremely pleased with how the floor turned out.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team to complete a renovation project of my flooring and complete bathroom remodel. After being jerked around by another company it was refreshing to work with honest, hard working people that got things done quickly. Watching Jason at work measuring and envisioning what the space could look like gave me great confidence and he really came through. He brought several materials and options to my condo to choose from and everything turned out great, especially the custom tile shower. I was impressed with his level of detail and making sure everything was done how he would have wanted it as if it was his own home. The contractors in and out of the house were fast and respectful as well. We plan to have him back to remodel our 2nd bathroom soon.”

“This company is great. Helped my mother in law with German roaches, and now service my place. They dont put you on any bs annual subscriptions, and their service/chemicals are much better. Had another company that would come out and Id see roaches the same week. However, when Doug the Bug comes out they are GONE for months and months on end. I called him last week and told him I’d like to schedule a maintenance service and he told me I could probably make it another three months on my previous service- that’s honesty. The tech was very friendly and efficient and good with my pets. A++ for this company and I almost never leave reviews.”

Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. What I enjoy the most is the interaction with different customers and the chance to smile to make a difference in someone's shopping experience. The team is great and always energetic.
