“Just moved in here and really like the place. It's quiet and my neighbors seem friendly and respectful. The golf course is nice to walk our dog around with plenty of parks in the area with in walking distance and the beach is just a 20 minute bike straight down our road. There is everything we need within a 20 minute radius. Our condo is nice with a lot of space and a large screened balcony. We did have to update it which was fine as we could do it to our taste. If you are thinking of moving here I recommend it for the price. We did our due diligence and this place ticked most of our boxes.”

“I moved into Somerset a little over a year and a half now. I moved in during a transitional period where many improvements and upgrades were being made. Rachael, in the leasing office has been extremely helpful in any situations or issues that have arisen. Maintenance is always timely and efficient. Though this location has been going through a transition, I have really felt more of a sense of community here than I have at other complexes, where I actually know my neighbors. Looking forward tot he continued efforts and growth of Somerset.”
