They call ahead to let you know they are on the way. Our plumber was courteous, polite, friendly and very professional. He fixed our leaky toilet quickly not wasting any time. While they charge a trip charge and for time on a quarter hour basis, they are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Garrett Plumbing to anyone.β
