Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Oldsmar Enterprise location, Professional and polite service with pickup which was greatly appreciated. My rental car was 2021 Toyota Corolla, well maintained & clean.

I rented a car from this location for a business trip and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received! Lauren was my agent at the beginning and she was super nice and friendly. And Capri was mine upon the return. I cannot say enough good things about Capri! I had a small scrap from where the car got scratched and was so worried I would have to pay a crazy amount to have it fixed but since there was so damage to the body of the vehicle it was completely covered. Capri was so reassuring throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be back to not only Enterprise but specifically the Oldsmar location!

Employees were very nice, but car smelled like someone had been smoking in it and it was covered up with air freshener. Called to change out the car and was told I would receive a call back the next day with other options but never received any follow up. Rental was through my insurance company but if I was paying out of pocket would be very frustrated.

Customer service is the best! I had barely hung up the phone with my insurance company when Megan from Enterprise gave me a call. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. She made the rental process so smooth and simple, I didn’t even realize we were done. Megan even called me after I returned home to be sure everything was went well and see if I had any questions. I would definitely use this service outside of my insurance, should I ever need a rental. Highly recommend this location as this is the second time I’ve had to visit them and both times they’ve provided amazing customer service.
