“We stayed at the hotel but did not play the golf course this time but i have played Copperhead. This time looking out on to the copperhead golf course from the main pool of the resort was such a great experience we didn't want to go home. It was overall very friendly well trained staff throughout the entire resort. The fish taco was so delicious. Only regret is not going down the water slides, next time.”

That is the best shift where the trash is actually taken out, the cleaning stations are filled, and he seems to care the most about the place and his job. Best of all, he remembers me and my workout schedule, knows when I want to Total Enhancement and that I prefer the hydro lounger. And he is the same with all of the regulars. That attention to detail is the very essence of perfect customer service.”
