“Excellent service every time I’ve been there. Bob is a straight shooter and has always given me great advice. They always answer my questions no matter how stupid they sound. I just had two tires mounted and balanced today and since this is my third time using them, I thought I’d give them a review based on my own experience. A while back, I purchased an old truck with over 200k miles and because it had never had the transmission fluid changed I asked them how much and they recommended that I *don’t* change it because it could cause transmission issues. They could have taken my money but instead they saved me an expensive transmission repair. My brother is an ASE certified mechanic that rebuilds transmissions but lives in another state and he agreed with the advice of Pep Boys. I booked my appointment online and everything worked out just like clockwork. I highly recommend Pep Boys.”

“I will say being a mechanic and not having a lift to work on your own car is irritating to say the least. And then trusting someone else to do work on your car is even harder specially in a new state. I brought my car here simply because of service. I needed transmission serviced and filter/pan changed and differential service. They’re so friendly and my car hasn’t shifted this great since I owned it. Reasonably priced and fast turn around time. To top it all off they fixing my annoying exhaust leak. They exceeded my expectations. And I will for sure be coming back for more business. All in all I recommend these guys! If I could give 6 stars I would”

“First Choice quoted me $300 for a job that other places were quoting me $1000-$2000 for. Other places were just wanting to do a lot more work than what I wanted in order to get it all back to being like new. I should’ve had more “after” photos, but you can barely tell something happened, and I paid a fraction of the price I thought I would have to pay. If you look closely, it looks kinda like maybe a shopping cart nicked it now, instead of a car. I was SO impressed with the job and cost, I even tacked on a little extra for Dan’s work and honesty. Rare to find all of that nowadays. Also, it’s been months since this happened, I just still find myself thinking about how lucky I got with this whole situation, so I decided to write a review. “Great experience! I needed my alternator replaced. I had taken it to another shop and they gave me a quote that I thought was overpriced so I called Diego and he quickly gave me a quote that was over $100 less. I immediately drove it there and he was able to fix it while I waited. While I was there he looked over The car and tested my brake fluid and suggested is time to replace it. I liked that he was honest and he took his time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. I showed him some other items that I thought needed to be replaced but he told me it wasn’t necessary. I’d like that he didn’t try to sell me some thing I did not need like other shops have. I highly recommend.”
