If you sign up for emails, you will know when the sales are happening and special discounts too. I walked in for a particular Betta fish but fell in love with an ordinary blue one. “I came on Monday before Hurricane Ian to pick up a couple of bales of hay for my chickens to stand on when the coop floods. So impressed. There was a line as other people were getting ready. An employee asked what I was getting so he could put it near my car. They obviously had multiple regular customers. I paid and then went to load my car. The one who got the bales for me put them in bags so there would be less mess. Great customer service. They have a new regular customer.”

The hearing aids were fitted and adjusted and they have dramatically improved my hearing. Jim even assisted me with a phone app that is used in conjunction with the hearing aids. I went back for a follow up visit a few days later. Being new to hearing aids the visit was more for my own validation that I was wearing them correctly and getting the most out of the devices. “Cheryl met us at the door at about 4:50 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. We told Cheryl what we were looking for, showed her photos of our space and room measurements. We were looking for 2 bedroom sets, coffee and console tables. Cheryl quickly showed us some options that would work with our space, flooring, room colors and current furniture styles we had already purchased. She measured everything for us and verified each piece was in stock and could be delivered the day after we close on our new place. We were able to make the purchases we needed and out the door by 6:20 pm. A wonderful experience! We will most likely be back to purchase more prior to our closing. They only charge $199 for delivery, regardless of the number of items. That is a deal compared to other stores in the area. We have shopped many furniture stores in the area and Matter Brothers has the best furniture selection and accessories. Many stores don’t have much to offer in the way of accessories and variety. Matter Brothers has traditional, transitional and contemporary. You can also find wonderful lamps, art, vases, pillows and many fabric options if you have time to wait for the customization. The options are endless and very current colors and styles.”
