We bought our home in November 2016. We had an excellent experience house hunting with Parker. He listened and understood our wants and needs in a home.

He is very knowledge about the market. And most of all he has a great deal of patience. I recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

First off, I'll start with how great the deal he helped me negotiate in the Grand Central area was. I'm half of a block away from Taco Bus and walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. What a great location. We were the first to see the house and made an offer the first day. This, however, is after the fact that he showed me over 40 properties in very different areas and very different price ranges. I came here from Los Angeles, not knowing anything and after working with Parker, I have a really good understanding of the market now. Coming from out of state, I didn't realize things about flood insurance requirements and different zones. He helped me understand and had a good idea of the market and what I was looking for. Overall he was really helpful and went out of his way to work with me. I worked with 4 different agents when I got here and as the others fell off and were unreliable, he was the one that stuck with me and helped me find what I was looking for.

I had such a positive experience working with Parker which lead me to live in the wonderful home. Parker was very attentive and understanding of my needs and priorities and showed me properties that matched those needs. While looking at the properties he paid attention to feed back and used that to locate better matches. Parker was never pushy and always made me feel that he had my best interest in mind. He was patient and knowledgeable in helping negotiate and explain processes such as mortgage and inspection and was by my side through all of it. He was quick to respond to questions and appease concerns. I recommend Parker vehemently.

Parker is a wonderful person to work with. He made my experience easy and was very informative when it came to the locations of the houses I was looking at. He only wants the best for his customers and will go beyond for them as well. I worked with a couple of realtors and he was the best one out of them all. I highly recommend him to any first time home buyer as he will walk you through every little part of the journey.
