We decided that we wanted to sell our FL home after traveling West to our summer home and realizing that the trips back and forth to FL no longer made sense, especially during the pandemic. We decided to sell and move and wanted to perform both remotely without returning to FL. Laurie managed both the sale and move for us in just over a month! It was all accomplished remotely. We did not return to FL but remained in the West the entire time.
