“Received my very first tattoo from Urban Ink recently for my birthday. Visited the shop on a whim for a consultation and was able to meet with Brain Storm as he took his time and answered all of my questions and even designed my tattoo with me digitally. The time he took to spend with me shows the professionalism they have for their business! I wanted a black owned tattoo business for my first tattoo and I’m glad I found them. They took time to explain to me the downsides of the type of tattoo I wanted with specific colors I chose. The price paid was a little more than I expected as I was told by Brain Storm during my consultation that it would be less. I wish my artist would have communicated the price with me as he was going along. Overall my artist Rico stated that he has only been tattooing for about a year and he was great. He did a great job and was not heavy handed with his instruments. He took time to explain to me the colors and any concerns that he might have. I will be back once it heals to possibly add more color to my tattoo. Overall I enjoyed my experience and enjoyed talking with Rico. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. If I decide to get more in the future I will continue to choose Urban Ink of St. Pete.”

“I took review kiting lessons with Bo and he was awesome! He explains things in detail and even explained what it would/would not feel like when I maneuvered different ways. He is a great teacher! I also purchased two kites, a board, lines, and a harness from the shop. The gear is working well and more experienced friends have taken it all for a spin with good reviews. I’m very happy and will be scheduling more advanced lessons for jumps and foiling with Bo in the future.”
