I scheduled an appointment with Keith Stegbauer at the St. Pete Audibel Hearing Center for my 94 yr old mother, and the experience was so great. Walking in and being greeted by Mykala was an experience in itself. She was so kind, and couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. My mom was put right at ease. Mykala is a real asset to this office. We then met Keith for the first time and my mom was thrilled. He was not only kind to my mom, but he was truly compassionate about her hearing needs. He spent so much time with her and we never felt
rushed or pressured. He gave her the hearing test, and explained everything in detail, including her options. Keith made it such a pleasant experience! My mom talked about him all the way home! I would highly recommend Audibel - St. Pete to anyone experiencing hearing issues. Thank you Keith and Mykala! You're both wonderful!

Audibel on 62 ave is the best place for hearing aids.the staff is great and very accommodating and always there to help. There great.

Recently met Dr. Keith Stegbauer and his staff on a first visit with my 95-year-old mother who had a broken hearing aid. I cannot say enough about how she and I were treated! He spent a tremendous amount of time with us to ensure everything was perfect. It was an incredible experience and I highly recommend this Audibel location!!!

Keith and staff are very friendly and professional. If you need a hearing aid or help this is my go-to place. They are always there for you. I'm a happy camper

The staff was so absolutely kind when I brought my grandma over because she was struggling with her hearing aids. The guy that helped did everything efficiently and extremely kindly. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. He didn't push us to get hearing aids from audibel. He just cleaned her hearing aids, cleaned her ears and did a little test which he then thoroughly explained the results of. I highly recommend this location because of the kindness of their staff and their thoroughness as well.
