Central Imaging Open MRI

I went to Central Imaging today for an MRI and I was very impressed by the patient care. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They were very efficient, which I really appreciated since I had to take time off work for this appointment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality service and professional care. MRIs are definitely not fun and can be very stressful. But, everything about Central Imaging is top notch. From the person scheduling the appointment, to the reminder call and answering any questions to the smile that greets you when you arrive. They were on-time, thorough with my MRI and the person actually doing the MRI was very calming, assuring, and patient. Once the MRI was complete, I was sure that I would not be able to stand up after being flat for so long, but he promised me it would not be a problem - and it wasn't ! Thanks for everything Central Imaging!!

I hate medical appointments! But you do what you have to do. Wow! Right away, I was greeted by the receptionist (I wish I had gotten her name). She was friendly, warm and efficient. She acted like she enjoyed her job. How refreshing. After a brief wait, I was greeted by my x-ray tech, Patricia. Again, she was happy, warm, friendly and compassionate. I feel she went above and beyond. Patricia is very professional and is concerned about getting the most and best information for the doctors. Central Imaging is one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a medical facility. I highly recommend them. Listen to this, my insurance deductible was to be $661 at the hospital X-Ray facility. My deductible at Central Imaging was $7. That is right, seven dollars!
