We came in about an hour before closing time and even though Bill was busy working on a project he took about 45 minutes to walk us through the pros and cons of everything we were looking for. Even though I dropped some coin I walked out of there feeling great and with greater knowledge and understanding than I went in there with. This is now our go to dive shop any time we’re in the area. Excellent customer service and excellent selection of dive gear.
(December 18, 2019, 11:03 pm)Just finished the open water certification and had a wonderful experience. The instructors were fun and very skilled at what they do. I always felt like safety was the #1 priority which was important to me. Most important is that they take their time with you to learn the safety skills you need. I went in feeling nervous because Im kinda out of shape and didn't consider myself to be a strong swimmer compared to others but with the right gear I did just fine. Im so glad I chose this dive shop to get certified.
(December 4, 2019, 1:13 pm)Best customer service. The staff and owner keep you in mind all the time. They want you to have fun, and their interaction and friendliness makes me drive 35 to 45 mins again and again. Best people!
(September 22, 2019, 5:49 pm)Aquatic Obsessions was fantastic from start to finish! Morgan helped us arrange the whole thing as a birthday surprise from out of state. She was so helpful and patient, and answered all of my questions. Adrienne was our dive instructor for all sessions and we can’t say enough about her! She explained things so well too, and repeated as often as we needed. Her patience is limitless and we felt very safe at every step of the way! Bill and his staff are absolutely the best if you’re in the St Pete area - will be back for future courses!!
