Lee put a smile on our face as soon as he entered our house. He was very honest about the drain issue and with a little extra effort was able to fix our problem! He told us a few jokes and was such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Lee, much appreciated!

I had to call last Saturday & had a technician at my house by 6pm. I felt so horrible for having to trouble someone on the weekend but was so pleasantly grateful. Mark A came out to our apartment complex at about 8PM for an emergency repair. The entire building had no water and within 2 1/2 hours he had the high pressure main line fixed and working.

We called Billy The Sunshine Plumber yesterday morning. We had a busted outside pipe.and had to completely turn off the water. Patty answered the phone and was able to get a technician to come out that afternoon. Shawn was the technician and we couldn't have been more pleased with his gentle manner, professionalism, and skill! He has a great smile too! We called Billy The Sunshine because of the great reviews that we read. They didn't let us down! We highly recommend this company!

I'm completely satisfied with the work. He came on time and did the job quickly. I hope I don't need them anytime soon but when i do I'll call them again.

Billy was alright. He got the job done. But it would have been nice if he introduced himself and would have removed the things off the top the toilet tank before he took the lid off . Whoops. And I think he should have known not to flush the toilet when it's already pouring out the tub drain. Of course it started to overflow. But the price was good and the job was done.
