I hope I don't need them anytime soon but when i do I'll call them again. Billy was alright. He got the job done. But it would have been nice if he introduced himself and would have removed the things off the top the toilet tank before he took the lid off . Whoops. And I think he should have known not to flush the toilet when it's already pouring out the tub drain. Of course it started to overflow. But the price was good and the job was done. “I own a Taylor GS-Mini Koa and it played beautifully the day I bought it. Long story short...as all guitars need eventually it needed a set up after a couple years of a lot of play. We took it to a very well reviewed guitar tech in Austin, TX. For whatever reason it came back with even higher action and some fret buzz. Then we moved to FL and took it to Seven C Music and Joel took care of us. He really walked through what needed to be addressed and we agreed on it. Just picked it up today and it hasn’t played better in years. I HIGHLY recommend this guitar shop. It’s ran by a father and son. Very kind and patient people. Thanks Seven C!”
