Wow. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tom was fantastic in helping me find what I needed both for being on the water and hauling my new hurricane kayak on the car. I can't remember when I've been treated better at a store. Great selection, fair and competitive prices, staff (owner) who know their business and have a passion for helping...you can't go wrong here.

Great guys, they are always helpful from a small part to a large purchase. They offer great tips for local kayaking. My favorite kayak store. Also, the tunes are always great.

Scott and Brandon are amazing! I went to many different stores looking at what kayaks were out there, Scott did an amazing job answering all of my questions and pointing me in the right direction, he even hooked me up with someone who would let me test out the kayak before purchasing! After finally deciding on 2 kayaks, Scott & Brandon set it all up on my car and Brandon spent the extra time showing me how to tie them down correctly and answering all of my questions. Their accessories are even the same price as amazon, so I will definitely support the small business vs ordering from amazon next time I need something! I highly recommend Canoe Country Outfitters and will not shop anywhere else for my kayak!

I selected Canoe Country Outfitters as they had all the different model kayaks I was considering. On their recommendation, I bought a Wilderness Tarpon 120 on April 10 of this year. Two weeks later I injured my right shoulder. I found out a month later I had sprained it and it could take up to a year to heal. Definitely bummed me out as I had not taken out my new kayak even once. It had been exactly two months since my purchase when called up Canoe County and asked if they would consider taking back my kayak. Without hesitation, they agreed to do so minus a restocking fee which I expected. Since I can't lift with my shoulder I didn't have a way to bring the kayak back and asked if they could pick it up. Again, they gladly agreed to do so. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for their kayak selection, knowledge and great service. When my shoulder is better, I'll be back to buy again from them again.
