“Applied for a home loan June 2017, with so much complications I had, Almir worked with me and my wife from the day we Applied until we closed November 1, 2017. We closed late due to hurricane Irma and our home was still being built. Almir has bend his back for us, he calls 8pm if he needs more papers. He literally had a complicated loan because, we were working out of country, and not a citizen. It was a very complicated senerio but Almir did not give up and took the Challenge. “I don’t have a Regions account, but last Thursday when my car was overheating I pulled into the parking lot so my car wouldn’t burn out on me while driving. No one was there at the time. But I did have to wait for a tow truck to arrive and the morning staff was more than happy to let me stay and wait for my car to be towed. Offered me water and had no complaints nothing! The nicest part is, it's right by my house so I can run up late at night when I have a craving for snacks or drinks that aren't in my cabinet...also probably bad for my wallet 🤣 but still super great...also makes so I can play the game "How long can your gas light stay on low fuel before its completely gone" game every week cuz I only have to drive .02 miles to fill it 😂 super polite employees too and all in all a great place”

“Sun East has been my "bank" for over 29 years. I don't pay fees and they have every service you can get at a traditional bank without all of the ridiculous fees. Update 09/04/2019: they're becoming a little more like the big banks by introducing more fees like a paper statements fee and inactivity fees. Probably still a better deal than the big banks, but disappointed that this is happening now.”
