I filled out the online form and got a call back within minutes. I got an appointment for 10-11, today. My place is on the 3rd floor. It’s hot, and I had some heavy items, but Jarrett and Glenn remained professional and courteous the entire time. They called to let me know when they were on their way. They worked hard! I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!”

All done over the phone in 10 minutes. And that’s signing papers right from my phone. So happy I changed storage companies. And they had great prices.
