I've never had a bad experience here. They are almost always on time for appointments - out of the 15 times I've been there I think I had to wait like 10 minutes once. The staff is friendly- Donna is great. I just realized I can book appointments online, which is handy. I normally just book my next visit before checking out though.

I had a tattoo removal done and it definitely hurt, but Barbara made my experience as comfortable and quick as possible she was absolutely amazing!

Loving my laser hair results. I've had 6 sessions and see a huge difference! I have thick black coarse hair and now can finally wear a bikini comfortably and not feel embarrassed! Only regret is not doing this sooner! Get the packages. Well worth it. Also, the staff is wonderful. They are polite and considerate. So glad I started using Laser Spa of Tampa Bay! Thank you!

This is my go to spa. I have been getting laser hair removal for some time and the results are amazing.
I never wait longer than 5 minutes at the lobby, ladies are professional and know me now a bit personally. I always feel like a queen and love coming back!
