“I am writing to convey my gratitude on my recent experience with Tarpon Springs Police Department. I called in from Dubai, UAE to do a welfare check on a friend who is a US citizen. We had not heard from him for more than a month and since he was not responding to any phone calls, his family and friends were obviously worried about his wellbeing. We had limited information on his whereabouts and did not even have a proper address where he lived. The officers on duty were extremely helpful and handled our call and concern promptly. Firstly based on the limited information we had, the officers were able to immediately find his location and gave us a full address as well. My call was transferred to the dispatch team and again the officers that took the call handled our concern very professionally and promptly. They briefed me clearly on the course of action and in less than an hour they established contact with my friend at his residence. They requested me to call back for an update. On my follow-up call which was two hours later, I was given an update that my friend is fine and he would get in touch with me. The next day I got an email from my friend. This brought comfort to his Mother in India and the rest of his family. Not only have I shared this experience with his family but also with friends telling them of the efficiency and professionalism of the Tarpon Springs Police Department. While I could not get the names of the officers involved, am sure you have the records and would like to convey my sincere gratitude to each one of the officers. I was invited by a member of the church to check it out last year. I felt welcome from the first visit. My husband attends service with me every week. The quality worship band is equally lively and reverent. There are many ministries to get connected with. I was raised in church and have loved Jesus for 45 years. “Pet center had a larger variety of animals. There were fish, birds, and small rodents, including hedgehogs, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and rats. Rodent enclosures seemed clean; a mother hamster with babies was properly separated. I do not know fish as well, but things seemed generally clean. I did not see any obvious signs of disease-- spots, discolored eyes, etc. Staff greeted us when we came in and worked quietly checking on fish nearby us in case we needed her, which is a good way to be-- available to us but not pushy.”

“This place changed my mind entirely. They truly do care about their customers and how they feel about their tattoos. Had a tattoo done pretty bad so I came back and made a complaint. Not only did they give me a refund but they did my tattoo entirely different and exactly the way I wanted it to be. They felt really bad but they're really good with communication. I'm so happy now with my tattoo I am 100% satisfied. Bob did a fantastic job. He went out of his way and took his time out of his day to do my tattoo all over so I can be happy. I originally got my tattoo done by Eric and got it fixed up by Bob who i totally recommend. We texted and talked before the tattoo coming up with ideas. The idea was phenomenal and the tattoo is wonderful. I can now go around confident with my tattoo and show it off. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate everything you guys did.
