“The owner Anita is kind and welcoming, as are all the instructors and students. I felt at home right from the first, and supported at my very beginner level to participate as I learn. The center has all of the mats, straps, blocks, etc that the students may need for class. There are cubbies for shoes and personal items. The class costs are reasonable, and Anita has several packages to make it easy to attend. I’m delighted to have found the center and have incorporated regular yoga practice into my life as a result.”
