“Since then they have been a lot better. I changed the review to 5 stars. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. I have called many times and nobody responds. If you go there in person, somebody is always there though. Everybody is decent though. They wasted an hour and half of my time but did fix the issue later. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.”

“The place was nice. There was tennis court, swimming pool, etc. Didn't really get to explore the place since we were busy going to the beaches. Positive: Love the easy way to check in and out. The place was clean. Negative Comment: on our first night- the place was smelly- like moldy but it disappeared the next day and it could be because it hasn't been occupied? It maybe the air condition should have been turned on way before our arrival. Wish there was washer and dryer in the unit. I think the shower needs to replaced. No one really checked to see if we need any amenities or additional amenities.”
