Sand Dune Suites

We rented all four suites for a family weekend at the beach. It was so nice for all of us to be together and yet have our own spaces. Everything is newly renovated and you can tell the owners put a lot of love and thought into the design. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed including coffee. Plenty of towels and even beach towels. We loved the short walk to the beach and the turf grassy lounge area for the evenings where you can watch the bridge open and close for the large boats. The surveillance cameras also made us feel very safe. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to go back next weekend with friends :)

Gorgeous new suites and convenient location just steps from the beach. You can walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The suites are incredibly clean, have updated decor, and have their own washer/dryer with all of the kitchen staples. The owners are very responsive, professional, and great hosts! This is a definite keeper on our vacation list. We can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed in the Sea Turtle suite at Sand Dune Suites. OMG I’m so glad we did! This fully renovated 4 unit motel is just 50 steps from the beach and under 10 minute walk from many bars, restaurants and shops.
When it’s time to wind down you can rinse away the sand and your worries In the massive walk-in rain fall shower or gather in the cozy living room. No matter what your mood is Sand Dune Suites has you covered.
We loved the stay so much we decided to fly back next weekend and do it all again!

We stayed at Sand Dune Suites for a holiday gathering with family and friends and had the best time! The layout was perfect for everyone to be close but have our privacy. This is the ideal spot to be on Treasure Island within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach is just a stone's throw away and maybe a 2 minute walk, no crossing over major traffic. Loved the adirondack loungers out front for an evening cocktail. The grounds and interiors are impeccable, very cozy and well thought out. It is evident in every suite that the owners put their heart and soul into making this a place that suits everyone. We loved it so much we booked our next stay before we checked out!

Recently stayed in the Dolphin Suite a completely renovated 2 bedroom suite and had a tremendous stay. Less than 100 feet to the beach, under a ten minute walk to the John's Pass area shops and restaurants. The suite itself has a wonderful beach decor you'd see at any high end resort with relaxing bedrooms, a wonderful bathroom with a large walk in rainfall shower, full kitchen and a great sitting area with a view of the water as this suite is on the second floor. I'd definitely stay here again and I look forward to doing so. Also its dog friendly which is a huge plus for me.
