“I would rate our condo at Sunset Vistas experience a 6 if I was able to. The unit was very clean and up to date. A recent re-model with new appliances and kitchen cabinets gave the condo a modern taste. Wood plank floors were much better than hard clay tile flooring. We had our own designated covered parking spot which is always a plus. Dale and Kara were excellent hosts. The water temperature was OK for me, but my wife thought it was a little on the cooler side, but you could still spend time in the water. I don’t think Dale and Kara had much control over the water temperature. The view from our balcony was perfect, especially during sunset time. All in all, our stay was great. Good selection of restaurants and close to many other attractions. We experienced no problems during our visit and will definitely return for a longer stay.”

“Absolutely the best trip we have had. This place is fabulous. Maria is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Her dogs are amazing and fun to have around. She and her sister even made a make shift outdoor movie theatre so we could watch Monday night football outside. The back patio is so nice and we even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. 100% we will be staying here again and again!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Maria!!!”

“My closing was such a breeze thanks to Majesty Title Services! Linda was incredible. She explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Linda was also extremely responsible handling the transaction during the height of quarantine. It was no easy feat! As a first time home buyer, it is critical to choose the best to ensure the entire process goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Linda Esielionis at your next closing.”

“Despite initial apprehensions fueled by less than stellar reviews, we decided to take advantage of the enticingly affordable price. Upon arrival, Bob warmly welcomed us, ensuring a swift check-in process. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed, in particular, rivaled some of the best we've encountered in hotels. We found solace in the BBQ area behind the hotel, enjoying a nice cigar and picturesque nightfall. To our delight, Bob joined us, generously sharing his captivating life story. Seeking a good Indian food recommendation, he directed us to a friend's establishment. The experience was nothing short of fantastic, prompting us to express our gratitude by bringing Bob a meal. In today's fast-paced environment, managing a family-owned hotel poses challenges, but taking a moment to connect with others can yield lasting friendships. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our best wishes to Bob and his family for a healthy and prosperous future.”

“If you are reading this review, Don't get to the end, BOOK IT NOW, the property is always rented. You will not regret it ! We travel from Puerto Rico to the property . As a surprise Wedding-Birthday Gift we have the privilege to enjoy this beautiful Jem. The photos do not honor the quality of the property. The location is perfect: in front of a pier where you can see the sunset and the moon. Meditate or enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or wine. It is for adults only, couples, or friends. Across the street, is a beautiful Crystalline Beach. Near great Restaurants, Bars and Night Life. The decoration of the room is Art Deco, it is spacious, it has everything! The property is Spotless! And well organize. Only for clients it have a Bar, BBQ, beach chairs, paddle board, you name it! Everything you need or imagine you need. You can feel the love and spirituality with which it was built. Its a winner, we will definitely repeat. We are falling in love! Tom and his crew are very attentive and lovely.”

“Really liked this place! First time local visit. We did a short girl's staycation and had a great time just staying in and around the hotel. Pool got busy during the day but we usually were able to find chairs. Really beautiful grounds before you get to the beach and super short walk to the sand. We were able to rent bikes that were delivered to the hotel and ride them on the pavement right outside the beach to local restaurants etc. We played in the hammocks multiple times throughout our visit and it was perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely return for another visit and recommend to others.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“Easy parking lot, restrooms, and showers/footwash. Path to the beach is half ♿️ Police monitor at night, which helps because the lights are VERY dim. Beach has a sandbar, nice to swim out to. Walk to dinner at GiGi's was easy from here.”

“Wonderful experience. Private yoga lesson on the beach. Learning to listen to your body as you hear the waves wash onto the shore. The sand is a perfect surface for your hands, feet and body as you learn the different poses. Michelle was a wonderful instructor. I wish I could take her (and the beach) back home to Indiana with me.”

“We went on an evening that was pretty busy, the custard was delish. Very creamy and not too sweet. The girls working there were nice, but definitely not the brightest. The line got insanely wrong because they kept messing up the orders. I would go again though because it was really good.”

“I must express my satisfaction with the wondrous emporium that I have recently encountered. The shop, with its abundance of options, and its affordable prices was a great time. It was a treasure trove of wares, offering a plethora of options for those seeking to procure gifts for their loved ones at home. Mine own self was fortunate enough to have acquired a hoodie, and I must confess that I have become quite enamored with it. I was most captivated by the statue of a manatee that graced the exterior of the establishment. A most excellent addition, it didst provide a most unique and memorable opportunity to capture a photograph.”

“Stayed in the efficiency room, two beds (1 twin and 1 full) with kitchenette. We had a peekaboo ocean view from the room! Loved the keypad entry (no keys to bring down to the beach), free beach chairs and umbrellas to use down by the beach (you bring down and bring back), we didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and the water was a comfortable temp. Loved the location because it wasn’t too crowded but still close by to shopping and attractions. Probably the most notable of the whole stay was the staff! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Honestly, I felt like I had stayed there before and we were longtime friends. The facilities include access to laundry on off hours - for those who might be staying for more than a few days. We knew that this was going to be an older Florida beach hotel, so expected there to be some quirks. The biggest one we came across was the bathroom was dated and the tub wasn’t able to be shut off all the way - constant small steam of water. I let the staff know and they stopped by and manhandled the faucet shut. We just weren’t able to provide the necessary force to turn the water all the way off. The location and price were well worth the few quirks and we will be returning to this location in the future.”

“So great, I can’t wait to do it again!! As a first time buyer, that in itself brings its own stress piled with choosing the right realtor... we all know a few. When I was ready, I made one call - .my realtor Amanda Krampert! Amanda made sure I was not only ready to make my big decision but that I would feel the same excitement in 5-10yrs from now. Despite me being set on Treasure Island, she guided me to look at other similar properties which opened my mind to potential future investments and reconfirmed my decision. Throw in my crazy work schedule, old school approach and pulling out on an accepted offer, she didn’t skip a beat to making sure it was a smooth process from start to finish. If I had 20 questions, she had 22 answers. That personal touch of detail is why I value our relationship and why she’s my realtor, she cares! If Amanda is the example of what Coastal brings to the table, I wish they sold everything! Until next time...”

“Stayed here for a girls trip 5/14/23. Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the salt water pool was awesome and larger than most island pools. Free parking. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We have already reserved our room for next year.”

“Great place. Only partial gulf view. If you want to see sunrise or sunset you have to walk out to the beach. Balconies are not as private as you would like. Pool, hot tubs and bar are amazing. The cocktails were spot on. Would definitely book again.”

“I absolutely love how from day one everyone was warm and welcoming and made sure that I was introduced to other members. I'm loving the camaraderie at all of the networking events in Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. The staff is amazing and you can tell that they really are about community, relationships and growing business together.”

“Off the beaten path you’ll find an affordable bar and grill. Unfortunately the steak was one that required A1 and besides that everything else was good and Jesse our server was super nice and attentive. I’d give it a 3.5 if possible. We had a good time but the steak fell short of my Expectations.”

“I stayed there with my family for three nights. The location is really unique and excellent - just a short walk across a pedestrian crossing and after 100 meters you are at the large and at our time empty beach. The view of the bay from the rooms is also nice. The rooms are generally clean and there was nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture is already a bit older and showing its age, but in the operators' responses to other reviews one reads that they are in the process of renewing them. The employees were without exception friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier when we arrived and we were able to check out later when we left. Beach towels were provided upon request. Overall it was a very nice stay in a good suite with very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation.”

“Recently stayed in the Dolphin Suite a completely renovated 2 bedroom suite and had a tremendous stay. Less than 100 feet to the beach, under a ten minute walk to the John's Pass area shops and restaurants. The suite itself has a wonderful beach decor you'd see at any high end resort with relaxing bedrooms, a wonderful bathroom with a large walk in rainfall shower, full kitchen and a great sitting area with a view of the water as this suite is on the second floor. I'd definitely stay here again and I look forward to doing so. Also its dog friendly which is a huge plus for me.”

“Cute Ole Florida / keys vibe to this gem centrally located in the heart of Treasure Island, FL. Pool, shuffle board, boat dock and fishing dock along with friendly staff and covered cabana /grill out area complete the well rounded experience. Older yet not outdated units available and pretty quiet considering location and size. Thanks again Tammy for all you do when we stay.”
