“Great experience! I needed my alternator replaced. I had taken it to another shop and they gave me a quote that I thought was overpriced so I called Diego and he quickly gave me a quote that was over $100 less. I immediately drove it there and he was able to fix it while I waited. While I was there he looked over The car and tested my brake fluid and suggested is time to replace it. I liked that he was honest and he took his time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. I showed him some other items that I thought needed to be replaced but he told me it wasn’t necessary. I’d like that he didn’t try to sell me some thing I did not need like other shops have. Justin, one of the owners of Wrecktified, was confident that the bumper could be repaired without replacing it, which would have saved me a good amount of money. I appreciated the honesty and willingness of him to offer the most cost effective solution up front. I preferred, however, to simply replace the whole bumper. The work performed was of great quality, at a fair price, and completed in a timely manner. Justin is very friendly and knowledgeable! They also offer Snap! Financing, which I use all the time at my regular mechanic. This financing option is what brought me to Wrecktified in the first place!
