“This is a fabulous company!! I had an emergency where I had no power at my rental house. The power can outside was loose and Duke would not restore the power until it was fixed. An electrician needed to fix it. 95 degrees outside, no A/C!!! What were my chances of getting an electrician to go out immediately?? Very slim!! I called several places and earliest would be the following day. I called Lester Electric and spoke with Bill, explained my dilemma, and after sending him a few pictures of what the problem was, he jumped in his truck and went to the house AND FIXED IT! R&B was the most affordable for hourly rate and service call, and Liz scheduled us for a few days later. The next day she called to say Ryan was available earlier if we would like him to come. “I have used Bruce on two separate occasions. But this last time he went so far above & beyond I had to leave him a review. The power was reported off at our Florida property and we called the company that had done the majority of the work in that electric panel. That OTHER company came out and said we needed a new panel immediately because our house was going to burn down if we continued to use it. I knew there was no way this could be right because that OTHER company had just performed a few thousand dollars of work on the property. And if they had mentioned the panel was that bad I certainly would have replaced it at that time. However, it was very suspicious that all of a sudden I needed a new panel just weeks after this company having been out to the property. So while trying to figure out what to do we remembered that we had had Bruce out to install a small junction box when this OTHER company was unavailable to do so. So we called Bruce up and he came out right away and determined it was the main breaker that had gone bad (I feel the OTHER company may have damaged it and not told me during the last round of repairs) and only charged us a few hundred dollars!!! Bruce saved us $4,000! And that is a real savings! Had the OTHER company not just been out to do all that other work then I would have believed them that my house was about to burn down since I had no power and I'm not an electrician so what do I know? And of course now I am doubting that I needed all the other work that was sold to me. I was looking at some of the other reviews for Bruce before I left this and there are a couple of negative ones. I would say this. At least make him one of the two or three estimates to get before you decide on a contractor because in my experience he is beyond honest. Easily could have charged me less than the other company and pocketed a few thousand dollars but he didn't. I would guess based on the reviews I see he is just one of the last of the old breed contractors that is out there to do his job and go home. He doesn't do a ton of marketing or have a fancy wrapped van. But he is honest and does his job well. And that is really been my experience with contractors in general that if you find a contractor that has their own business and this part of the older generation, they tend to be a lot more honest and do a better job than the newer guys who do a ton of marketing and have a bunch of guys out in the field that they are not supervising, always trying to upset extra services or parts. Bruce does what you need and goes about his day without hassling you. Anyways I really can't thank him enough. He saved us thousands of dollars and the only thing I can do is leave a couple of reviews out on the internet to thank him. So that's what I'm going to do. I really hope you give him a try, and I bet you will call him Your Electrician too! Thank you again Bruce.”

“I wanted to have a transfer switch panel installed so I could safely run my portable generator in case of a power outage. Frank came out, at no charge, and let me know what was needed. When the parts arrived, I called Frank and they were out the next day. Frank and Bob hooked up everything and took me through how to safely run the generator to supply my house. Answered all my questions and showed me some things regarding the generator itself. Great job as always.”

“What can I say about this business? First, it deserves more than 5 stars. I have been a customer since 2014 and Greg has performed work on both of my properties, one rental property and my primary residence. Greg is kind , decent, honest, thorough, prompt and explains the scope of work in great detail that is comprehensible to the layperson. I had an amazing experience from Day 1. His prices are reasonable and are highly competitive when compared to other electrical contractors. The quality of work is impeccable and I have even called on him to help assist with work that is slightly outside of the scope of the services offered. For example, I had a Bain Ultra Amma Air Jet tub installed in my home that required some wiring to power the jets and lights in the tub and while this is something that should have been done by my plumber , he went out of his way to help using his extensive knowledge as a Master Electrician to solve the problem. He even phoned the manufacturing company in Montreal and spent a couple of hours working with them to troubleshoot the issue. I now have a beautiful air jet tub , Alumiconn connectors, upgraded panels, restored power, and some awesome ceiling fans, courtesy of his great work. I am glad to have used his services for over 6 years. I would not use anyone else but him. He is a class act and always goes above and beyond for his customers and one of the very few honest businessmen that aren't there to turn around a quick buck.
