It perms and colors so quickly it gives Rosie quite a challenge. Yet she ALWAYS makes it look fantastic. I will NOT let just anyone work on my hair. In fact, I drive an hour to my appointment. That speaks volumes in and of itself. Rosie is highly SKILLED in styling, coloring, highlighting, hair extensions, perming AND she even does eyebrows.
