Pre cooled to 32, they make you park at a dock until temperatures are right then you open doors then back up. Once you have green light you go to office for paperwork and they will come out to seal your doors shut. Minus 1 star for the employees smoking near shipping window with a big no smoking sign for drivers, no point of that when smoke is already present. They should be smoking near the street.”
