“First time visit in years. Facility appears maintained. No apparent foul odors upon entering. Loved the flyway with finches. Check in and check out professionally done. Nurses were accommodating and friendly. Food trays looked appetizing and smelled like real homemade foods. Patient was waiting for shower personnel(too long after notified of her time?). Anyway this visit left me not worried about a return visit).”

“Outstanding! I walked in first thing Saturday morning (8am!) to find 3 people ahead of me. I was seated in a matter of 5 minutes. Very friendly and nice crowd. No loud music or crazy movies playing. Haircut was PERFECT! First time costumer, i will be returning. Lady who cut my hair i believe her name is Mary! She was outstanding.”

“I'm very wary about getting my haircut, and so is my Dad. However, that said, this has become our favorite place to get a haircut since moving to Auburndale. It's a small salon, at busy times it's probably a bit of a wait, but I didn't wait for long. Never having been here before, one thing that made me nervous was the little language barrier. Luckily, someone was there to translate, so that nervousness was negated. During the haircut, the hairdresser was very nice and overall did a great job, a haircut i'm still happy with a month after. She even styled it into a nice braid for no extra cost. I'd love to personally recommend her but I unfortunately cannot recall her name. When it came to payment, unfortunately their card reader wasn't working at the time. It all worked out and it was probably an abnormality, but it's something to note. A big pro here is that I got my haircut for 18$ I don't remember if that's before tip or after, but either way it's a steal to me. Overall, I really recommend this little salon. Also, the owner seems to be very responsive on Google reviews, and that's part of the reason I chose this place over others. I really like when owners respond to reviews, it might not always be practical for every business but when possible I think it shows an extra degree of care in their service. Edit 2/19: going to remove a star because there was a bad haircut as result of miscommunication.”
