“Jon & his team at Epic Auto Salvage is JUST what Polk County needs! Not only do they do a FANTASTIC job at picking out GOOD quality “used” car parts, but Jon also sells VERY GOOD QUALITY USED CARS!!! Jon was up front from the time he posted the Mini I recently purchased and said “hey it’s doing some weird electrical thing, but you’re welcome to take a look at it” — turned out the battery was LOW (that’s normal at any used car lot) that it was causing the electrical to basically go on reserve mode as it was running on alternator only. After telling Jon the issue, he immediately went to get a replacement battery - who does that?! Most used lots are basically “take it or leave it” mindset - not Jon. Jon cares about his reputation, and the quality of pieces, or used cars he has leaving his company. He was fortunate enough to be able to buy this business (the “name change”) from being a previous employee of the company before. They should be proud of Jon, he’s doing good things for Polk County. We also unfortunately recently had to have our Gladiator towed by them, again..TOP QUALITY DRIVERS! It’s important to always make sure you have quality drivers who knows how to properly hook a vehicle, or you’ll have worse damage that you end up fighting the tow company for being responsible for. “I am an out of town visitor. I like to go to stores wherever I visit. I was looking for some coffee and drink replacements that were not super expensive. I hit the jackpot here. They had every variety of what I was looking for and some I never had before. I was also looking for Sriracha which is hard to find right now. They were fully stocked and it was only $2 a bottle. This store is immaculate. Everything is in its place. It didn't look like the normal stores you visit. Other locations look like a bomb hit it because it's so junky. Not this location. Very pleasant shopping experience.”

“My husband passed away early November. I was planning a Celebration of Life for him, and realized my pictures of our first years together were on my PC. I had taken my pc down and hadn’t used it in several years. Then I realized I had an older pc with pictures. I went to Town Tech with my computer issues. They completely refurbished, and transferred pictures from the older pc to the newer pc. I had to have them out twice to my house to help me with locating email, etc. They taught me how to load a thumb drive. I was able to get pictures to them for a video. They did all of this with in a couple of weeks. I worked with Anthony, and Shayne for most of the work. They are a great team to work with from the time you walk through the door to the finished product. I completely trust, and recommend them for your computer, and Apple repair needs. “We learned from True Plumbers that we had a water leak from the outside of the house where a sprinkler was directly striking my daughter's window. True Builders sent Michael and Danny out within 2 hours to assess the damage. Fortunately, the drywall was undamaged, but the carpet is pretty gross. We will need to have that replaced, soon. All of the technicians from True Builders and True Plumbers were very professional and completely honest in their assessment of the situation and what was actually needed.
