Carla made selling land from thousands of miles away so incredibly stress free. I live in Alaska and she respected the 4 hour time difference and was always on top of updating me on offers and the entire closing process once we found a buyer. She knows her stuff and works to make sure you, as a seller (and I’m sure as a buyer as well), get a great deal while also being realistic about the market.
