“I took my son and daughter to the Lakeland location and they were seen by Kristen Crumpton, Nurse Practitioner. What a wonderful experience! I can't say enough about how awesome Kristen was. She was thorough, informative, kind, funny and just all around, fantastic. No other dermatologist had ever informed me that my past medical history increased my children's exposure to skin cancer! What I loved was that Kristen was so deliberate about being proactive regarding getting prior authorization from the insurance company for my son's prescription--she didn't wait for the insurance company to ask for the authorization--she sent the authorization immediately, while we were still in the office. She understood how my son's condition was effecting him and wasted no time to help him. I will never go to another facility for dermatology care. Hands down, Kristen knows her stuff and cares about her patients! They have the friendliest staff ever and the level of care is just outstanding. Definitely give them a try. I'm beyond satisfied. “You definitely will not leave hungry and you will leave with leftovers Nice little restaurant busy staff friendly staff food comes out hot and fresh to give you rolls with cinnamon butter while you're waiting your salad is hand tossed in front of you steak nicely done needs a little more salt and pepper I believe but still was very good the chicken and Parmesan very good the kids enjoy the pizza and soup and we were given free pumpkin pie which was very nice I highly recommend this place if you're in the area reasonably priced good food and nice staff”
