  Dr. Brooks and his staff are incredible. They have helped me with my rabbits and Dr. Brooks even came back in after leaving because I totally forgot my appointment time once. No attitude, no bad manners, just a caring vet who wanted to help me. I've always been able to go in the back with no issues.
  Also, after the last hurricane, my brother's pit bull was hit by a car. Everywhere was closed. I was rushing through Bartow with a very injured dog in my back seat hollering for help. I noticed Dr. Brook's truck in the driveway so I pulled in. He wasn't even open but rushed out immediately and did not hesitate to pick up a full grown, bloody, and scared Pit needing emergency help. He didn't turn me away and Nicole at the front was there and was the most sweetest, most caring person helping me calm down.
  Dr. Brooks helped our big boy cross the rainbow bridge that day due to his substantial injuries. He took x-rays and made sure we made the right choice. He made sure he was cleaned up, and that he wasnt feeling any pain under sedation. He even waited HOURS for my brother to come back from Orlando to say goodbye to his best friend.
  He let our ENTIRE family in the back to say goodbye to our big boy and never rushed us.
  This place was closed that day. By miracle, Dr Brooks and Nicole were there to check on the building after the hurricane. He didn't have to help us but he chose too. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
  For anyone saying he is a bad vet, I'm sorry.
  Dr. Brooks if you're reading this, I'd like to say thank you for that day. And thank you for the help with my rabbits and being the kind hearted vet you are. I have a new puppy, and I'll be seeing you soon!

  Dr. Was great and the girls were awesome they found the issue with my pup and her issues and they are reasonably priced.

  Wonderful staff and doctor. Super friendly doctor is great loves animals and makes sure they are very taken care of

  Everyone is very friendly and understanding of every situation. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We love our vet Dr. Brooks and all the staff. Tundra and Sassy gets so excited when they go !
