“I was somewhat late in the day arriving so 2 hours wasn't bad. There were a lot of cars ahead of me. I usually get there at opening time and am done in a jiffy. While there I had lunch with the gentleman who sold me my car. Aundrae McGee. He's an awesome sales rep, no pressure and very knowledgeable. While we were eating, the gentleman in the service department that I always deal with, Robert Blackburn, walked by and called me by name! I knew he would recognize my face but wow, to remember my name! That's what I call awesome! I also got a little issue with the window tinting fixed that I didn't really expect to be done today.
