“I had such a great experience here! I am usually a loyal Ulta shopper, but I needed a new foundation and ulta didn’t offer the new variety that I wanted to try. I purchased the Fenty foundation from Sephora after being color matched by Jazmin, it looked good at first, but after wearing it all day it was horrible. The foundation cracked all over my face (super dry). So I went back to Sephora and Jazmin tried another foundation on me. Same thing happened, It looked good at first, but when I got home it cracked again. So I went back to Sephora feeling discouraged and Jazmine literally took over an HOUR trying different foundations on that were more hydrating. I wasn’t having any luck finding one that I liked. She never once got an attitude or made me feel as if I was annoying her. She reassured me that we will find something that I liked and not to worry. After trying over five foundations with no luck, her coworker Kaelyn joined in and suggested I try Rain forest of the sea tarte foundation and another one by Becca. They both turned out amazing. Kaelyn even took her time to blend out with a beauty blender for best results. This was the absolute best service I have received at any Sephora. As most of the time Sephora employees can be rude, but not at this location whatsoever! Great service!!!!”
