“I had a great visit with Dr. Thai over a year ago. Unfortunately, I would like to give the billing dept 0 stars. The practice of this office to send out a bill for services provided over a year ago is unacceptable, unethical and just plain poor business practice. Still waiting for them to cash a check I sent over 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous! EDIT: Turns out I was double-billed. Took almost 3 months to get this cleared up with my persistent emails and effort and a serious lack of communication from the billing office.”

“Wow! Is this the Heart of Florida? Physician? Yes! I have had the worst experiences with this hospital, staff and affections. I was not going to book an appointment bc I know how this hospital and dr are. But I had no choice I was in pain. I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was amazing. She knew what I needed ect. I was like hmm. Really. So then I went to the appointment. I arrived the same lady on the phone was there. She great me with a smile and she called me by my name. I was shocked. She then said your here the the ??:?? Appointment? I said yes she said a few things. Very polite. I filed out normal forms. I sat a few mins not 1 hr. I was called by my first and last name. I The was truly honestly treated by Dr Rubayat Rahman. I could not believe this. I found a dr that loves what she does and dose it right. Amazing! She is a excellent dr. No doubt! She sent me to do personal stuff. Told me to come back. I did today. I was told what going on and how to take care of my self. She did treat me! The best GI dr I ever had! No more pain and suffering.”

“Best doctor ever.! My daughter is alive and healthy thanks her. Before we decided visit her office , other doctors never found my daughter condition. We went to her office about 8 to 9 years ago. She started doing text and found the spine bífida oculta. My baby was with low white cells and some other problems. She work together with the specialist all the time. “I was one of a very few that have had complications at surgery. That being said, I couldn't speak any higher of my experience post-op, and the level of care by Dr. Peraglie. He has always been upfront and made sure I was on track. I am 14 months post op and I have reduced my hypertension medicines to almost nothing and my uncontrollable diabetes is now controlled (5.8 A1C) with one pill as opposed to several pills and unlimited insulin. I am careful to follow all instructions but have returned to eat everything I have always enjoyed. My weight loss is over 100 lbs., and I feel great. My energy levels are super high, and I sleep normally for first time in 30+ years. I recommend Dr. Peraglie without hesitation. Follow the rules and get your life back.”

“My daughter has been seeing Dr. Riaz for a couple of years now and I cannot speak highly enough about this Doctor or his Nursing staff. My daughter has been struggling with Epilepsy and seizure disorder for more than 15/yrs, along with other cognitive issues. I have driven my daughter from the hospital ER to Dr. Riaz's office without an appointment and they have seen her immediately. They've called to follow-up and check on my daughter after an episode The Doctor takes his time to not only explain medication or treatment changes to me but also to my daughter in terms SHE can understand and he makes sure that she's an active participant in her care and treatment plans. Dr. Riaz and his staff make sure that I as an EXTREMELY frustrated and frightened parent feel heard and not disregarded. And to be perfectly honest I'm not the easiest person to deal with especially where by baby is concerned, but I have never felt as if they weren't listening to me or that they were being anything other than caring and professional. The only bad thing I can think of to say is that I wish they were open on Friday, since I only work until noon. But losing a few hours of sick/vacation time is worth knowing that my daughter is being taken care of...”
