“I took my son and daughter to the Lakeland location and they were seen by Kristen Crumpton, Nurse Practitioner. What a wonderful experience! I can't say enough about how awesome Kristen was. She was thorough, informative, kind, funny and just all around, fantastic. No other dermatologist had ever informed me that my past medical history increased my children's exposure to skin cancer! What I loved was that Kristen was so deliberate about being proactive regarding getting prior authorization from the insurance company for my son's prescription--she didn't wait for the insurance company to ask for the authorization--she sent the authorization immediately, while we were still in the office. She understood how my son's condition was effecting him and wasted no time to help him. I will never go to another facility for dermatology care. Hands down, Kristen knows her stuff and cares about her patients! They have the friendliest staff ever and the level of care is just outstanding. Definitely give them a try. I'm beyond satisfied.
