“I moved to Lake Wales from Manatee County several months ago and was very pleasantly surprised when I joined the LW YMCA. The pool is super clean, the staff is friendly, the gym is awesome, the fee is cheap, and all of the classes are first rate. I love all the group exercise classes, especially Tony's noon strength and conditioning class. I try to make this class every chance I can because it's easy to do and yet gets major results. I'm already seeing more stamina, more definition, more balance, more strength and more fun! Tony makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. His positivity is simply energizing and life-reinforcing.”

“You can choose a payment plan (monthly or yearly) and have unlimited classes with time and attention from trainers to help you improve form, increase endurance, and avoid injury. I have never been a classes workout person, preferring to do my own thing, but I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this community. The classes are kept at a reasonable size and the space is welcoming. I've been a member for 3 months and I always look forward to classes, attending 4-5 times a week. In my short membership time, I have seen significant improvements in my form and endurance. Strongly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp St Pete!!”

Jacob has been our(myself and my husband)personal trainer. He's really knowledgeable about the equipment. He showed is various ways to use different machines. It's a good place to meet new people and get involved in exercises(always good for you)!????”
