The staff is friendly and helpful!
They keep their residents well informed throughout their time here.
The units are clean, spacious, and laid out nicely.
Sometimes you can hear your neighbors, but that comes with apartment living.
Some have mentioned golf balls hitting cars ; havent personally had that happen, but have had balls hit the apartment building and tear the porch screen, which they were quick to repair.
Any maintenance issues are handled in a timely mannner.
Plenty of parking near your unit, but i do suggest having your rommate or other fainily member using the overflow nearby to save room for others to park close too.
Some of the parking spots are close and people are inconsiderate of when their car doors hit other cars.
The pool is quaint, but clean.
The gym, office, and billards room are clean, spacious, and welcoming!
A wonderful, safe place to live!
(July 25, 2019, 9:53 pm)We absolutely love the location of our residence and we can't say enough about the office and maintenance staff. With every question asked prior to and upon move-in, we have received friendly, courteous, and timely responses. We needed a few things addressed at time of move-in and shortly after, and our requests were promptly addressed. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is absolutely inviting, and we look forward to exploring all the other available amenities soon!
(July 18, 2019, 3:31 pm)I have resided here for almost three years and if you are looking for AWESOME customer service, friendly management , a sense of home and quiet, THIS is the place to be! Beautiful and serene. Some may think it’s pricey but you get what you pay for! Yes, as in life things happen, but the staff does it’s best to accommodate when situations occur. Hands down, I love living here????

(June 3, 2019, 10:31 am)Best place in Lakeland to live. Rent is fair, staff is super super nice, the views are breathtaking, and it's a GREAT place for kids to grow up! Very secure. Nice to be off from the crazy of 98 and 33 and yet you're still so close to everything. Nice to be surrounded by 3 Starbucks if you're a legit coffee person. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you're happy and taken care of. The matinenence staff know my family and always speak and say hello. They always offer to help me and my husband. Wonderful place. I could not have asked for a better place in Lakeland to call home. No other place can even compare. ????????????
