(December 9, 2023, 7:27 pm)Wonderful experience, flawless, my house had to go for Probate first, Jay has a team of lawyers who took care of all of it, closing was simple, didn’t pay any out expenses except for the lawyer, and he’s letting me stay in my house 30 days till I get moved in my new place, highly recommend him!

He always answered my text or calls and was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to fast cash sell like I did for dealing with realty companies would have been to much for me. I'm very satisfied with the service received.
