(August 23, 2019, 2:09 pm)Overall we had a good experience at the apartment complex. Minor things such as getting maintenance to come the Same day of notice. But the apartment itself is beautiful. Pool, park and gym were our favorite amenities. Staff at the front office were always nice and helpful. Cons about apartment: Remember this is FL so insects are present. But the complex does their best to help. Pest control comes every Friday, but ever so often one slips through the cracks.
(August 14, 2019, 3:34 pm)I'm a newer tenant since the new managemant has rebuilt a fine housing establishment. I've nothing but good things to say about The Preserve at Lakeland Hills. Sean, the Assistant Manager has been nothing but respectful, caring and driven towards customer service. The parking is great by my unit. We have seen zero proof of any bug infestation and plumbing and sewer on our unit is up to date. The amenities are fabulous. The new gym center, swimming pool and grill areas are great for when guests come over. I would definitely recommend this family friendly complex to a friend. Keep up good work.
(August 5, 2019, 5:40 pm)SEAN WAS AWESOME!! Sean made our move so smooth. He upgraded our apartment and was awesome. If you are looking into moving here DO IT. The management is the best part, unlike anywhere you will ever go. Sean and all of the other management is so easy going. They help out with work orders and take care of everything. They take their job seriously and your concerns seriously. If you are interested in moving here ask for SEAN!! He’s awesome. Really, I have never had someone help me so much with my move.
(July 10, 2019, 1:02 pm)April Tyler is very professional and also very understanding when it comes down to customer concerns, she did such amazing job helping me rent apartment here. My official move in date will be tomorrow 07-11-2019 and I couldn't have done it without the help of April Tyler. The Preserve has came a long way when I first stayed here with a roommate, the new management is doing such amazing job updating all this new things and making a better place to live at. I'm also very please that the apartment is officially a gated community that's a very big plus for me.

(July 2, 2019, 12:24 am)Our community is a beautiful and tranquil place to live. The amenities are a real plus to me! Being a fully gated community is equally important. Great location...just a few minutes to I-4.
Additionally, the office staff are welcoming and accommodating. The new Property Manager, Sean is a breath of fresh air!! His professionalism and knowledge is superb. He is also a kind and thoughtful man who will take those extra steps to help you solve any issue that may arise.
Come see for yourself. I'm sure that you too will be happy to call this home!!
