Great service. Was excellent to work with. Told them our situation and they were willing to work with us and hold our agreement way past initial talk to work with us. Great customer service. 100% recommend Magno Embroidery. I always try to use small businesses when I can, rather than large corporations and I'm so glad I did! I was able to purchase and bring my own shirts and she returned them back to me the same day!! Don't let the home address deter you. Her house set up is immaculate and very professional. She also does vinyl screen printing for t shirts as well! I will definitely go back to her when I need something embroidered or vinyl printed.
