My son and I have just started riding again and I have been totally impressed with Kevin especially and his crew. Before I found a bike my son and I stopped in to see if they had any for sale but he didn’t at the time. Kevin told us that if we found one to bring it by before buying and he would do a quick checkout for free. Unfortunately I purchased a bike about an1 hour away and wasn’t able to take him up on it. After riding the bike for a few days it started stalling and running rough so I took it to them to fix. When I picked it up it ran great and started to drove it home. About 20 minutes into my drive it started to run rough and quit. I called Kevin and told him what happened and he said he’d be right there. When he got there it took him about a minute to see I was out of gas. I was completely embarrassed. I tried to pay him for driving out there, for his time and gas but he wouldn’t take anything. The bike ran great the rest of the way home. Kevin I can’t thank you enough! Every business could take lessons from Kevin. Thank you again!
CC Riders is one of the best motorcycle repair shops around. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are great. They are quick and do quality work. I had my Harley Davidson in this Saturday to have new tires installed, new brakes, horn fixed and cruise control repaired. All finished in a couple of hours, with great communication through out the process. I would recommend this shop to anyone. CC Riders is my go to for my motorcycle repairs. Thanks CC Riders... You deserve my 5 Star Review !!!
Good mechanic rates, excellent recommendations, and they stand by their work. I had my VTX1300C worked on by CC Riders.. They did new tires, brakes, oil and coolant change, carburetor work and checked the bike over for function and safety performance.
I am very pleased with their timely service and excellent customer treatment. I trust that the total price I paid for this work was very fair. The tires that they recommended are a few steps up from the stock Dunlop's I had on the bike, they grip very well. I notice and like them very much over the stock tires.
I recently took it back to top of the coolant, which they did no problem. The coolant was just at the very low end of the overflow tank, but not being an expert, I took it in for them to look at it. They checked temperatures and cooling fan operation for "my piece of mind". I was in and out in 15 minutes.
I feel like they did an excellent job and the bike feels and rides like new again. I will service my bike there going forward. Thanks Kevin and guys at CC Rider!
I have a 2003 Suzuki Intruder 1400. Right now it only has 4800 miles that's right 4800 miles . It's been sitting for awhile and fuel system cleaning .I have already been to three shops and spent over $500 trying to get this simple fuel problem fixed. I told this problem to a Suzuki dealer, locally, and they referred me to CC Rider's.
Today is Thursday and I'm going to CC Rider's in the morning, which will be Friday October 6th 2017.
I told the Last shop, the owner, that when a man trusts you with his bike he's trusting you with his life so when I take my bike out of here I want it right. the owner said it would be, but it wasn't!!! It's still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it to him last week.
The owner told me to bring it back and he would make it right this time but now I don't trust him, if he didn't make it right the first time why should I trust him now??
If he is not serious about fixing my bike the first time then he doesn't care about my bike and if he doesn't care about my bike he doesn't care about my life.
So I'm taking my bike to CC Rider's and I'm going to tell them the same thing; when I pick up my bike it better be right! Or I will not be back.
I'm not going to write anything bad about you just like I'm not identifying the other three shops that took my money without fixing my bike; which to me is stealing from me. however, when I take my bike to CC Rider's, if it isn't right the first time then they don't care about my bike or my life.
Just between you and I if they do a good job I will post it but I won't say anything negative about them if they don't.
