I've never had such a positive experience buying equipment John is an excellent experienced salesman that really will go out of his way to help you with your purchase. Not only did he let me use a loaner chipper(since I never had one before this help me see how awesome they are) he also picked up my stump grinder and took it into the shop for me when I was slammed with work and couldn't. I bought a bandit sg 40 stump grinder from them an awesome machine if your looking for a small powerful stump grinder!. At the time I also ordered a 15xp then i changed to a 18xp then went down to a 12xp before finally deciding to wait on the chipper on the purchase (business slowed down) . John was willing to help me with my decision by answering all my questions and concerns about each piece of equipment i was interested in. It didn't matter to him what I bought as long as I was happy. He didnt push me to spend more but was always willing to write me up a new quote with whatever options I wanted. They even refunded a deposit I put down on the chipper when I decided to wait. I look forward to buying a chipper from them in the future.
