(June 22, 2016, 5:50 am)Great staff! That's what "makes" this gym. Caring people with your goals as their goals. These are the people who will get you there. Best of all they cater to their customers- adding classes to fit the majority needs & wants. I've never seen that happen it the big gyms.
(December 30, 2014, 5:31 pm)Great gym and great people! Was only in the Lakeland area for a couple months and needed a good place to lift weights, and this place fit the bill! I would highly recommend. Never too crowded, and very convenient!

(July 19, 2013, 12:39 pm)A Nice Little Gym with enough Equipment for all kinds of Activities. Roland, Mark and Liz are all Great Trainers. I have been in most of the gyms in Lakeland and I really feel at home at this particular gym.
