Debbie is my Nutrition Coach. She is a licensed and certified Food for Life instructor and Cooking Coach through the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). My goal is to switch to a vegan lifestyle via Food for Life.

The sessions are tailored to me, and my health concerns and goals. She has a wealth of knowledge and I have learned so much about nutrition and health from her. She makes me feel empowered to be successful in making such a substantial change in my diet.

I also took one of her online cooking classes and she is exceptional at that as well. Really good instructional.

I have taken many Food For Life classes with Debbie Zimmerman and they just keep getting better and better. Debbie comes well prepared to class and instructs how to prepare delicious plant based food. Her cooking is always easy to follow and she shares a wealth of knowledge in these classes from her cooking expertise to her informative PowerPoint presentations. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't experience her classes firsthand.

Debbie is a wealth of knowledge. After talking to Ms. Debbie for a few weeks and attending one of her classes, I have changed my eating habits. I am happy to say I mainly focus my diet on plant-based whole food. The amount of knowledge she has regarding various aspects of nutrition is fantastic. She has helped me understand facts about whole foods from a better perspective. The cooking class I attended was great as well. I learned different ways to pair food, which is incredible because I can get tired of eating a particular food in one way. I would recommend her class to anyone who wants to dive into the whole food world or to someone who just needs ideas on different ways to prepare their food. One hundred percent recommend her for your health journey because she will meet you at your level.

PhytoFit has been a great resource for me to learn to become more plant based in my diet. Something I have been leaning towards for a long time, but now thanks to Debbie's knowledge and enthusiasm for wellness and the plant based diet she promotes, I have learnt so much from her classes to direct me towards this path I want to take. The recipes she gives us during her cooking demonstrations are easy and delicious. I love her classes and love her for her caring and interest in the well being of her followers. Debbie is a great instructor! Her classes, whether face-to-face or through Zoom, are very informative. Her recipes are tasty and easy to make which made the transition from the standard American diet to whole-food plant-based easy to implement.
